What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carry out routine quality inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with customer and company specifications
- Complete quality records and technical documentation accurately and in real time, maintaining full traceability and Quality Management System compliance
- Conduct hygiene inspections, GMP audits, and factory quality checks, helping to maintain exceptional food safety and housekeeping standards
- Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances, supporting root cause analysis and effective corrective actions
- Prepare product and environmental samples for testing, ensuring results are accurately recorded and communicated
- Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the site’s audit readiness and technical compliance
- Work closely with Production, Hygiene, and Technical teams to promote a strong quality culture and deliver Right First Time performance
- Champion food safety, quality, and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and maintain high manufacturing standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Quality Control, QA, Technical, or food manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, GMP, and quality assurance principles
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator who can work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Competent in Microsoft Office, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage technical documentation
