Maintenance Engineer
Salary – £53425
Shift Pattern – 4 on 4 off Days and Nights, 12 Hours
Location – Leicester
We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a well-renowned FMCG manufacturer in Leicester. You’ll be responsible for ensuring minimal downtime across all production equipment, responding swiftly to breakdowns and carrying out planned maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reactive maintenance and breakdown response on machinery
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems
- Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operation
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
Requirements:
- Engineer with relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND, or equivalent)
- Experience in a similar role such as (multi skilled engineer, shift engineer, shift technician, engineering technician or electrical maintenance engineer)
- Strong experience in an FMCG, food, or similar fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Confident with mechanical and electrical fault finding
- Ability to work independently.
