This is a great opportunity to join a busy food manufacturing business as a Scheduler, working closely with production, warehouse and planning teams to make sure everything runs to plan.
This would suit a graduate or someone early in their career who is organised, confident with data and IT, and wants the opportunity to develop within a growing supply chain function.
What you’ll be doing:
- Create and maintain weekly production schedules.
- Work with planning and production teams to understand requirements.
- Monitor production and make changes when things don’t go to plan.
- Identify shortages, delays and other issues and communicate them quickly.
- Check stock and material availability.
- Coordinate stock movements, deliveries and storage.
- Create production pick plans and ensure information is accurate.
- Keep production and stock data up to date.
- Monitor KPIs and help identify ways to improve efficiency.
- Work with internal teams and external suppliers to keep production moving.
- Complete weekly production and stock administration.
- Support Saturday production and end-of-week activities.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Keen to learn and build a career in Supply Chain
Previous experience in planning, scheduling, supply chain, manufacturing or an MRP system would be advantageous, but attitude, ability and ambition are equally important.
